Helen Westwater / profile
Working in London in the music business, Helen initially studied Aromatherapy at Neal’s Yard, London. She then completed her full training in Aromatherapy, Reflexology and has been fully qualified with the International Institute of Holistic Therapies since 1998. Helen graduated as a Sivananda Yoga instructor in India in 2003. Living in Cornwall she combined her enjoyment of cooking and love of food, running a much acclaimed farmhouse bed & breakfast. She is now working freelance in Valencia for 2006 and the America's Cup in 2007.
