Sanction

The Judges Federation CGPJ yesterday handed down its decision over disciplining Denia Judge Laura Alabau after she refused to perform same sex marriages in her court. The final decision appears to be that Mrs Alabau is to be fined some 305 Euros for her actions as well as receive an official warning from the CGPJ.
